Individual Therapy: Perinatal Clients

The perinatal period begins at conception through the first year after giving birth. Many factors contribute to the presence of mental health challenges during this vulnerable time for which I can offer treatment:

Becoming a parent can be overwhelming. Let's work together to ensure your mental health is prioritized before your child arrives so you can feel more confident entering this new phase of life.

 

Through this service we will create a personalized plan that you can rely on during the postpartum period to effectively manage your overall wellbeing.

Parent Coaching

From infancy through adolescence, some stages of parenting can be especially difficult to navigate. Set goals and receive guidance for a variety of challenges, including:
